New Packaging Programs
Vogelsang is now offering new packaging programs for distributors, making it easier than ever to purchase just the parts you need.
Our new stocking program offers many popular pin sizes packed in 4×4 and 9×9 cartons and the addition of a new package line of bagged pins, which means more flexible options for how you build your orders.
In addition, we’ve eliminated minimum purchase requirements, giving distributors even more flexibility.
Whether small quantities or bulk orders, our top priority is to improve the purchasing experience and support our distributors as industry needs evolve.
Expanded Manufacturing Capacity
With the acquisition of Hedtmann, Vogelsang has expanded its equipment, personnel, and production capacity in Europe and in Kentucky. That has afforded us the opportunity to broaden both product and service lines to benefit our distributors.
We’ve increased Compression Limiter production to include new styles, flanges, and other special features, and added new Tension Bushing options and ranges, as well as a brand new product line of Express Nails.
We also offer the largest selection of metric slotted pins on the market, with pins ranging from M1 to M50 outer diameter, all the way up to 250mm in length.
To meet rising demand in the current market, we’ve increased stock production, which means more inventory for standard products, and the ability to handle distributor demand at its peak. And we perform in house slitting and profiling to maximize the production capacity of a master coil, decreasing issues that may arise from raw material shortages in the future.
Items are replenished consistently to ensure the most timely delivery possible, with same-day shipment on a wide range of sizes in a variety of raw materials.
In the service arena, we have expanded our capabilities to include in-house grinding and sorting, which allows us to produce extremely tight tolerances to exacting standards.
Increased production coupled with additional in-house services means more products in stock, more efficient customizations, faster turnaround times, and a personal attention to detail that you can count on.
